VieTrendy, a company based in Lebanon, provides Lebanese woman access to hundreds of designers’ handbags in an affordable way.

Using VieTrendy subscriptions, a Lebanese woman can use a bag for as long as she wants and exchange it with another one whenever she wants.

The bags will be delivered to any shipping address provided in Lebanon.

Once you enter the bag page and see the “Get me” button, this means that the bag is available for you to rent. Once you reserve the bag it will be booked for you and you will see in its page the sign “Rented” in red. Therefore, other subscribers won’t be able to rent it until you return it back. So, if you see a bag you want, book it on the spot before someone else does.

All subscriptions will allow you to have only one bag at a time. Whenever you want to exchange a bag, you should deliver the bag at your possession when or before receiving the new one.

In order to have access to VieTrendy collection you should have a valid subscription. After that, you will be able to request any handbag you like using the website or the mobile app. Once you request a bag, it will be reserved, cleaned and sterilized for your use. Within 48 hours the bag will be delivered to your address.

First, you should create an account and subscribe to the subscription model that fits your need. Then, you will be able to choose one bag you want to carry. After placing the order for this bag, it will arrive within 48 hours to your door. Feel free to keep it as long as you want as long as your subscription is valid! Exchange it with another one anytime using your deliveries.

Yes, we will be delivering the bags to everywhere in Lebanon.

At this time, VieTrendy services are only available in Lebanon.

You can use any of the two paying options available on our website:

1- Pay online via any credit/debit card.

2- Pay Cash on delivery.

You can keep the bag you have for an unlimited amount of time, as long as your membership is in good standing. Keep them for a week or an entire season — it’s up to you!

Your membership fee includes insurance for minor mishaps and normal wear conditions. Significant damage, lost pieces and theft are not covered. In those cases, the charge will be for the full retail bag price, plus applicable tax.

You can keep the bag as long as you’d like if your account is in good standing. If you cancel your membership, please return the bag by the end of the last billing period (located in account settings).

If we don’t receive the bag on time, you will be charged 20$ for every day that you are late returning the Product, up to an amount not to exceed 100% of the Retail Value plus applicable sales tax.

Your Unlimited subscription automatically renews. You will be billed on the same day you signed up every month at the rate then in effect. We use the billing information in your account settings. You can cancel your membership anytime by manually unsubscribing or calling us at 009613130880 or emailing customercare@vietrendy.com.

Upon cancellation, please return your bag before the end of the current billing period noted in your account settings to avoid additional late fees.

If we do not receive the bag by the end of your billing period, we will charge you 20$ for to the payment card you used to pay the subscription fee or to any other payment card included in your account information that you have provided to VieTrendy for every day that you are late returning the bag, up to an amount not to exceed 100% of the Retail Value plus applicable sales tax (plus the subscription Fee).

After you choose a bag, allow up to 2 business days for it to arrive at your door. Usually, depending on where you live, it’s even faster!

We do not offer Sunday deliveries. If you need your items for the weekend, we recommend placing your order no later than Wednesday to ensure the items arrive to you before the weekend.
